New customer policy

  • We are currently taking new clients by referral from an existing Soulemnly client ONLY, and always by appointment. Once referred, scheduling your appointment will be on the first availability date and according to your preference.
  • New clients must have a credit card on file or $25 deposit for service. In case of a no-show, credit will be forfeited.

Cancelation policy

  • All services must be confirmed 24 hours prior to your appointment. If no confirmation is received 6 hours prior to your appointment, it will be canceled.
  • At 15 minutes past your appointment time it will have to be rescheduled.
  • Due to COVID, we rigorously enforce stringent compliance with sanitation and health protocols. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
